These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the
Korvini platform ("Service"), operated by Korvini ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
"Customer" — The organisation that has entered into a service agreement with Korvini.
"User" — Any individual authorised by the Customer to access the Service.
"Employee" — An individual within the Customer's organisation whose data is managed through the Service.
"Content" — Any data, files, or information uploaded to or generated by the Service.
2. Account and Access
Access to the Service requires an account created by a Customer administrator.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must not share your login credentials with others.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent.
4. Customer Data
The Customer retains all rights to data uploaded to or generated within
the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide
and maintain the Service, as described in our
Privacy Policy.
We do not access Customer Data except as necessary to operate the Service or when required by law.
Upon termination, Customer Data will be made available for export and subsequently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, documentation, logos, and trademarks,
is owned by Korvini and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms
do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as needed
to use the Service.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted
access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance when possible)
Emergency maintenance or security updates
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Korvini from any claims, damages,
or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms,
or infringement of any third-party rights.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (liability, indemnification, intellectual property) will remain in effect.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes
arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved by the
competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be
communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the
Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
